How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in ASA!   We look forward to you joining the ASA family. 

Before we begin, please go to https://asangola.openapply.com/roi to register your interest and schedule a tour to visit us. 
If you have questions before about this process please give is a call at +244.945.333.000. 

At any point before or after your tour please complete an application for admissions at https://asangola.openapply.com/apply/forms/16885.  You will use the same ID and password you set when you registered your interest in ASA.

During the tour we will go over our full enrollment process including a review of our tuition and fees. 

After the tour please submit the Enrollment fee to the bank.  Once we have received this fee, we will register your student to take an iReady Assessment.  The iReady Assessment helps us determine the best ways to support your student.

For grade enrollment we will need:

• For grades 1 – 5:  a certificate of completing the prior grade
• For grades 6 – 9:  copies of the students report cards and a certificate of completing the prior grade
• For grades 9  and above:  Transcripts for all high schools the student attended
• For all grades:  We might ask for a writing sample

At the end of our enrollment process we will need some additional documents: 

• Copy of passport
• Proof of immunization
• Parent / Student contract / agreement
• High School students – official transcripts from formerly attended schools 
• School waiver 
• Emergency Info
• Dress code policy acknowledgement
• Other forms as requested 

All fees are payable before the first day of attendance (registration/re-registration, tuition, supply fees, technology fees, food program, and others that may be applicable).
